regarding too the accounts i have left i would say the best starting of them would be nr. 1 Vista and nami. both can be used early cause of low costs. if you evolve both you have two very strong units for heart teams. finding a robin and/or a rayleigth in future, would give your friend a team he can use a very long time to the future^^
