Error Code 417()

Hey everyone,

I keep getting the Error Code 417(). It happens when I try to edit my team. If I stop the app, open it again I can play the islands and everything, but every time I go back and edit my team it lets me do it but once I try to do anything else it just gives me the error code and stops letting me select anything else. 

I'm playing the Japanese Version, Updated to version 4.03

Hi, i have the dame problem...

Did u reroll with the fast reroll method? With the fast reroll u get the char from the tutorial but also the gems for it at the point you copy the sakura back. If so and you didn`t tranfer the account then thats the reason why u get this error. After a tranfer the Char u got from the tutorial will be removed, its the only way to fix the error.

Just create a tranfer code and use it, after you tranfered your account once u should be good.

I've already transfer my account.. And i didn't use the reroll
I also try to create a new account but i have the same problem...
