A question about Mihawk's special...

Ok, so we all know that Mihawks special does 30% of the enemies health, would this mean that 4 Mihawk specials would kill the enemy? Or is it HP based off their current health and not max?

It's based off their current health.

So let's say you are fighting an enemy with 2 million health.

The first hit will do 600.000 bringing him down to 1.4m

2nd hit would do 466,666. Bringing down to slightly less than 1m.

Etc...

Still two specials do a massive amount of damage.

Ah I see, nonetheless I will still love his special and be using him in the near future, thanks for the response!
