Crew advise & looking for vivi friend!!!

Hi guys, I am new to this game. My current p. lvl is 58. My crew consist of
Captain: Arlong 5* lvl 40
Member: Roronoa Zoro 5* lvl 34
Vista 4* lvl 42
GP Usopp lvl 25
Buggy 4* lvl 37
Ship: Merry Go lvl 6 with 1.2 dmg mul.
I also have laboon crew ready for upcoming mihawk events. So I am looking for a ViVi friend to help each other out.
Is my current crew good enough? What do character should i look for?
