towel nami or vista for leader?

Alright, as a f2per I just got a huge bonus pull... Vista. I know garp is right around the corner too. But just which one of these crazy overpowered leaders is better?

depends what sub characters you have. If, lets say, you wanna take on garp with nami team you will need robin / broggy buggy combo otherwise you wont kill him fast enough (within 3 turns). With vista you overpower him with hp so you will need to have a full high lvled int team but can use members like don krieg, helmeppo v2.

What team would you recommend with Vista as leader?
I think I have some good units, but I can't decide how the team should look and who I should level up...

I'm going to be using 5* vista, GPH usopp, nico Robin, buggy, and broggy. That's only because of the following there I have robin. For you, I recommend:

Hellempeo v2,
VISTA
Don krieg
Nami thunderbolt
And filler here

yeah, I have also and Robin, and I was also thinking about a such team, but I don't know my last unit
GPH Usopp isn't good, because Garp use some protection (or how they call it), so you can't use Usopps special, and then he is unusable...

I think about Don Krieg, Helmeppo v2, Towel Nami and Coby v2 for the last place... or are there any other good units against Garp...?

vista team i gonna use is
vista, vista, robin, broggy, buggy last one highly probably basil hawkins for his high hp/atk. As for other last ones good subs: 
Hina (orb lock for another good orb turn)
coby v2 (for a even higher burst) 
nami v2 (no weak orbs)
or any good int beat stick (in my case basel hawkins)

envyforme, like MASI576 said, usopp GP doesnt work on him. He will put a debuff protector pre-emptive for 999 turns.

I will use my Vista and Robin (20 books but waiting for 2X)
but after that thing gets complicated...

I have a good Mr3 (farming his books but waiting for 2X) Will Mr3 skill be usefull??
A good Basil evolve and everthing
Another good sub Helmeppo is his skill usefull?

Then there is still 
Buggy and his Special Skill is LV 12 Like BP Chopper (lv 12 for special skill)
After that i still have Kreig (special lv 13)
Thunderbolt Nami stats are not that high... 1026/888 for lv69.

ligerboy you will have a similair setup as me besides bp chopper I use broggy, he has higher stats and atk but a 18 turn cooldown though.
So your best setup would be vista, robin, buggy, chopper, basil.
Mr 3 skill would be useless vs garp since he cannot be turn delayed BUT having said that if you  need more turns to ready up your specials then you could use usopp to turn delay at coby for 3 more turns on special. Helmeppo special would be useless in the garp raid boss but decent hp/atk but you have basil hawk already. I'd leave nami thunderbolt out

My Hawkins is 4* and only level 40... and also my other units are still weaker then the ones from Ligherboy...

I think I better put the turtles into this units and don't take Hawkins against Garp, right? So I won't have his special, but better take Coby or Don Krieg with me to do some more damage...

Use all the next Turtle Island to Evolve your Mihawk as soon as possible and find a Friend with Mihawk Special Maxed.

That's easier said then done    and Mihawk is already evolved, so this can't be the problem
I want to farm more then one Garp, with 1 Mihawk friend with maxed skill, I can clear him 2 times, I would say... I will try it with a Vista INT team, and if I fail, I just use my Vivi, which will need really long...
