Will be there Smoker fortnight Island? Dont wanna waste energy to farm Smoker in Louge town chapter 12 if there will be Fortnight Island for smoker that have better chance for drop.

That's one but no clue how far down the line of events. It look like the event come with the biker smoker as well. I am guessing that will be months from now.

Captain Smoker Biker Version is an evolution of Captain Smoker though....and evolves at level 99 Captain Smoker....if you want to be able to get Biker Smoker when it releases, might as well farm for Smoker now (going from 1-50 and then 1-99 will probably take you months as it is)
