Japanese account won't start Empty Japanese account won't start

I start the app and get this pop-up and when I click the button it just pops up again. What do I do? I normally play on Global but wanted to try out the Japanese version, so I can't read this.

There's a maintenance right now on OPTC Japan, which will end in 2 hours and 48 minutes.
