Quick or fighter Team??

Hey guys. I cant decide for which team i should go for.

To my units:
4 Star Luffy max Level
4 Star Zorro level 7
4 Star Smoker level 32
4 star Tashigi level 22
4 Star ace level 37
4 Star Lysop (hammer) level 25
3 star Zeff level 16
3 star sanji max level
3 star Kuro level 20
3 star Miss valentine level 20

On the first Look i have all pretty good quick characters. my Team would be: Ace (leader) tashigi, lysopp, kuro and sanji. the only Problem with this Build is that i would have to level up ace and kuro to evolve them. Thinking about that gives me nightmares^^

On the other hand i could make a good fighter Team with Zeff, Luffy, Ace, Sanji and Lysop. It would be also easier to level them up.

So guys what  should i do at the moment?

Fighter and Slasher Crew are very better than an attribute crew because if you make a blue crew you will have a big problem againts DEX boss for example Mihawk.
So it is better build a Zeff crew because you have different attribute fighter and you can change then in basic of the situation!!

Do you have any tipps to level up fast? Im not ready yet for expert Levels :/

If you can, do the elite levels on the event islands. Best exp before the expert ones. If you're also having trouble with that do the last level on Logue island.
