I got Lion Song Zoro, Ace so far. Currently around level 16.

Zoro and ace are good lead, but both got a hard path ahead. Zoro team mush have Smoker without him zoro is just a slasher team member. As for ace I highly don't recommend as a starting leader. He take 70 levels to evolve. That's a month of grinding if you just focus on him.
