How can you obtain Ace?

Hello, does anybody know how you can get ace? will there be an island that you can get him from in the future?

I'm an avid player of the JPN version and I can clearly say there will be no island for you to get Ace.
Ace (for the moment) a gacha-only or Rare Recruit ONLY character

Only the first time you beat it. Correct. It doesn't refresh ever.
