Devil girl nico robin special

Hello guys,
I just got nico robin from the halloween special.
And apparently her special is not removing blind like it was suposed to right?
They changed it from the japanese version?
Because mine is saying that she is still changing both captains orbs to dex, but reducing despair by 1 turn.
