Specials upgrade and crew members

Hey guys,

I've just donwloaded the app, and start playing it.

I've got Octo on my first recruit and Luffy Gear 3 on my second.

Luffy Gear 3 is currently pretty strong when I compare him to my others characters.

Although, I've seen that his special ability need 25 turns before it can be used...

I've read that there is a 1/6 chance to upgrade someone's specials when you reinforce him with it's clone.

Does that mean that in order to lvlup Luffy's special, i'll first need to get others Luffy Gear 3 and then be lucky enough to trigger the 1/6 chance ?

yes g3 is one of the best units in game you just
need to hit the perfects maybe its hard at the beginning to hit those
but as long you play you will Master it 
i missed so many times i hated it but then suddenly i had the timing for all the units.

Another question, I get a Zoro Asura Wrath with a rare summon. Do I still need to bother with first Zoro, to evolve him and stuff, or should I just go with Asura form ?

I'm still a little confused

just use the the new one since he is evolved and dont waste time with the first one[size=32] but dont get rid of him maybe you need him later [/size]

about the link its said that you should use one skillbook or one copy
to level up the special there are other theories some says to use 3 skillbooks or copys and some says to us 5 just try it and see for your self but i would not recomend to try it with only one copy or skillbook by the way so if you power up a unit and you see that skillbooks or a unit is like yellow highlighted it means that the special can be raised by those and only those 
i hope to not confuse you
