Help have 1 Legend in Box

Pls help me..Need some Guide
What to do now..focus on what ?

nice to have a legend 
at the moment just raise your p level
you cant build nice teams with like 50 max cost 

later if you have enough points and units 

you can use boa for mixed quick or psy colored crews use either a boa
quick or psy friend captain.
evolve zoro he is a good dex captain and with izo you have a nice
orb manipulation.
vista is a nice int captain.
rakuyo is ok for a striker captain but kid and urouge are better 
i like him more as a sub nice stats nice special 
same goes for arlong he is good until you get mihawk or doflamingo 
as slasher captain.

so for now you need to raise your pirate level and farm the fortnight isles
