Super-success when power up charachters

Hi, I haven't understand yet what is the condition to have super success when I power-up a charachter and can you explain something about the level of special move? For example a few hours ago I powered up buggy with another one and for this at the end of the process the level of special move was upgraded...what change? Thank you!

Most games of this style(feed mob for experience) have a certain percentage chance for a super success. In this case you get 1.5x the experience for what you feed.
The special move has a countdown number. This is the number of turns it takes before you can use that skill. By feeding a mob with the same skill, there is a chance (usually 10% or so) of getting a skill up and taking 1 turn off of that countdown number. This makes the skill available sooner. Hopefully that helps some.

He's right, and the super success is random.
