Problem with update

ive been waiting for the us update 1.0.4 but im not getting it. the email i got said that i would me redirected to the app store 18:00 PST FEB 22 but its not coming up. is anyone else having this problem also what comes with the update?

I was able to download the update just now in the app store. Maybe check again?
