Cost Levels

Does anyone know how long it takes to get your Cost decently high? I got 5* Marco and ideally want to use him but I only have 34 total cost. Ideally what level would I have to be to get a good PSY team going?

the higher ur pirate level the more units u can use. every even no. pl you get 1 stam every odd u get 1 more cost. atm im pl 96 n i have 114 cost using wb g3luffy arlong usopp n blamenco n that takes all 114 cost. ideally i think u need around 80 cause my psy team consist of 4* shanks 4*marco usopp chopper n mr 2.. that cost 64

Just for the record, I'm level 80 and I have 98 cost

It adds 2 cost every odd level
