I have 7 gems, do I get a rare recruit or save them? Empty I have 7 gems, do I get a rare recruit or save them?

Hello guys, I'm new here just got 5 gems today with my 60 days login streak and I have this doubt:

Do I try a rare recruit now? Or do I save them to use as continues on Mihawk(40 stamina) event?

save them for special events like sugo etc

I have already spent 60 gems on Sugo Fest and from the Whitebeard crew I only got Vista

Typically it's not advisable to recruit unless either its a sugofest or you really want a pay/int/etc( whichever element is 2x)
