Advice: Remember to allow Mock Locations in Developer Options on Android before using Fake GPS applications:

Just something for people using fake gps for android, the instructions tell you to click on android version seven times to enable developer options but you are actually supposed to click on build number. Just something I found out while trying to set this up in preparation for the friend events.

I'm using nyc with people as it is hard to derp that one up with multiple cities having same name and whatnot.

Which app is it the line group if it is I can't get it since my ipod is 4g

The app we are using to communicate is Line, for apple stuff just use the links ciro has provided as I have no clue how that goes for apple stuff.

i installed fake gps apps on droidX and on my android phone and allowed mock locations and created a the same fake gps on both of them. then started the game and went to friend game started tapping simultaneously, but i don't get to the game. couldn't find friend. do you have any idea what i am doin wrong?

Try to disable the option: get Location via Wlan/phone network (only gps should be on).
When you are doing the Game does chopper say: Searching location and searching friend or just location?
