Barrel Breaking sticky request/proposal

Hello everyone,
due to the common need of barrel breaking event i was wondering if is possible to create a sticky with some fixed places (settable with a fake gps application) and or most preferred timing. For example:

Dome,Milan, Italy 10:00-10:30 17:00-17:30 (GMT)

ID 426235337 (my id)
ID xxxxxxxxx
ID xxxxxxxxx

Pariser Platz,Berlin, Germany 12:00-12:30

ID xxxxxxxxx
ID 426235337 (my id again because i am available to try this location too in that time lapse)

etc.

under these location the id of who want to use that spot for barrel breaking, i put GMT for time zone because with Daylight Saving Time maybe there will be confusion, so if we use a fixed time zone everyone can do his/her math and understand the correct hour.
Tell me if is a good idea for you, or if the admin like it to become an organised sticky.
