Kinda new and looking for help

Hey guys, 
i am kinda "new" to the game and I have some questions about it.
I have a Marco 4* level 45,
Gum-Gum Bazooka Luffy level 34
Pound phoenix Zoro lvl 43
Usopp Golden Pound lvl 14 
Diable Jambe Flambe Sanji lvl 27.
Mr.2 Bon Clay lvl 20
I need some tips for my team. Due to my pirate level (41) are my cost points also very low (58).
I dont know which one of them i should evolve, I have enough fusion material for everyone. Momentarily my captain is Marco due to my Psy Characters.

Marco is a risky but a solid lead when you build a Team arounf him and golden Pound usopp for delay than ist solit.

upgrade zoro 2 asura Zorro and you have a solit dex lead to.

Where should I farm the others around my leader?

Mostly you have to wait for them to come out lol. In the fortnight after hina (the next one) will have special training coby who has a must-have special on psy teams.

His special is: 1.5x for same colored orbs 2 turns (meaning you deal 3x damage when you have correct orb setup instead of 2x). 

He is really useful on any team with orb manipulators and psy teams have that in spades. Just about all of the units for your usual psy team will come from fortnights and raid (garp).

Other common units are Bon Clay (Mr. 2) which will become available in the coming... months or can be gacha-d and impact dial usopp who has to be rare recruited.




This is an example of one of the best burst teams in game.

Damn, I sold cuby xDD. I think that is a typical noob fail hm..
I think that the first point at the moment is my plvl, I need more cost points.
Should I play the story or extra islands for exp?

Not a problem, the coby you want to use isn't available yet. Original coby is a piece of crap, this coby comes from fortnight island after hina.

Extra Island 15 Stamina (or 30 if you can handle it) are a good way 2 Level unless you want to farm a certain unit.
BUt  i would clear only Story Islands first for rainbow gems so you can have alot of pulls at the next event

I don't think that i can handle 30 Stamina, but 15 should be enough. But thanks for the answers guys . Sorry for the questions but I am a noob^^.

For exp you should clear final chapter on any of the last 4 islands when they are .5 stamina (second to last or the first chapter on twin capes is fine as well since laboon final chapter can be a pain for newer players). 

All of those chapters when at half stamina offer better exp/stamina than any fortnight island with the exception of raids.
