STR : Luffy 4* / Mr 5 1* / Laboon
DEX : zorro 3*/ hachi 1* / smocker 1*
QCK: Sanji 4* /Pell: 1*/ Johnny
PSY : Marco 2* / Ussop 2* / Kobby 1*
INT: Baggy 2* /Nami 1* / MR3 1*




I possess 36 gems, it is better than I wait for a next event more interesting than for that this?


At my level what is the best place to win in experience? Or I try to capture Arlong?

the most exp points you can get at
nanohana rainbase chapter 14.
on half stamina or double exp 
you get 1.5k exp or 3k for double exp
but i think half stamina is better

if you take 5 turns you get 7.5k exp thats like
2k more from fortnight isle.
so if you want to raise only your pirate lvl this is the best
option if you want to power up your units too then you should do
the fortnight  isle where you get a good amount of exp plus booster evolver and fortnight units.

well as for the teams there is not much you cand do at the moment
thats the best teams for now.
evolve usopp to golden pound usopp and put him in every team his special is the best in the whole game. 
arlong would be good you could make a slasher team thats easy to play.
just level up your pirate lvl and your units.

dont waste your gems wait for a sugofest

DEX : zorro ashura/ hacha 4* / smocker 4* / log Sanji 5*/ Chopper guard boost 4*/ Namur 4*
QCK: Sanji 5* /Pell: 3*/ Johnny 2* / Kuro 4* /Mr prince 3* 
PSY : Marco 5* / Ussop 4* / Kobby 3* / Chopper weight boost  4* / Mr2  3* 
INT: Baggy 4* /Nami 5* / MR3 4* / Hawkins 4* / Curiel 5* / Crocodile 3* / Rayleigh 5*

Just put Ray as Leader for every color and you are good to go.
If you get bored of only using Ray or having problems hitting Peferct or Great you can use Laboon for a Zombie team or AshZoro for a good tanky Dex team.
What Nami you have? The V1 (Thunder Bolt) or V2 (Happiness Punch aka Towle Nami). The V2 is a very good Int Leader.
