Best team I can build?

im new to this game and dont know how to build a good team
Can someone help me?

well first level up and evolve shanks for your psy team 
level up your chopper and replace him for buggy 
and replace him for zoro too in your fighter team

well thats the only teams you can build for the moment i would focus
on the fighter crew since its easy to build and to play 

you can build a dex crew  later with zoro when you evolved him to ashura zoro his captain ability is great.

you could build different crews with luffy or buggy since you lack better captains at the moment.
dont evolve nami anymore her special is important for the zephyr raid.
so for now focus on leveling up your pirate level and try to farm units
its easy to get both on fortnight isles.
try to get arlong he has a good captain ability which doubles slashers attack also try to get laboon or vivi which will help you to get some raidbosses.

dont waste your rainbow gems especially not for reviving
there are only three ocassions to use them
first to pull units but pull only on a sugofest  
second to expand your character box which is in my opinion  very important 
third to refill stamina for example on turtle times
and the last thing enjoy the game

Bit of advice to add to the good advice from kingkaizoku.

 Put coalas into Going Merry. Not the Baratie.

At lvl 6 Going Merry gives 1.2 x attack.

A lvl 10 Going Merry gives 1.5 x attack.

It's pretty much what everyone uses.


Another bit of advice. Get powerful allies. Nothing better than a strong friend list with a nice bit of variety.

If you want to attract allies a fully evolved zoro is probably your best bet because it's not rare and means you should have access to a few.
