does penguin weekly drop pirates?

just wondering if the daily penguin on wednesdays dropped penguin pirates? i've been farming it like 4~5 times and all i got are robbers

The robber penguin island event is different from the pirate penguin island event. In the Japanese version, they have the regular 10 stamina robber penguin island (the one we currently have every Wednesday) and the 15 stamina pirate penguin island which we DON'T have yet. I don't know why we do not have the pirate penguin island yet since they already got released. So you just have to farm loguetown for them until they release the pirate penguin island (when they do, it will most definitely be every Wednesday along with the robber penguin island event).

Whatever you want to evolve, if you can beat Kuros 2nd highest stage, just farm it till event is over. You want Usopp Books.
