Hello I just started this game not that long ago and does not have a strong team team yet, and I have missed out on opportunity to get skill books from kuro event...
Will the same events be recycled?

In the japan version, event zone has two things going on: new and old. If you missed a event, it will come back in a few months, but will only be there for 5 days
