who should I level?

Just need basic help with my beginner psy and int teams. which do i focus on and who should i level/evolve first.

Focus on the shanks for psy and impact usopp is worse except against bosses like garp who you can't turn delay but you should only max gp usopp and not evolve. For int evolve/power level the nami as towel nami is beastly, buggy is okay with brain point chopper but since you don't have him he is mediocre as all hell. Helmeppo should be brought behind the shed and put down along with mohji.

LOL Pank yeah helmeppo isn't that great. His special is nice but stats are garbage.
Go with what pank said. Towel nami is great for int teams.
