Who sould I use and level?

hello guys,
im currently running a slasher team. I just evolved Shanks and now im wondering what sould i do next. Currently i have those characters:
Kuro 3*(lvl13), Shanks 5*(lvl40), Ashura zoro 5* (lvl 45), Golden Usopp 4*(lvl 21), Buggy 4*(lvl 30), Mr.3 4* (lvl40). Arlong island is comming next and i will add him to my team (i tried to farm him for 2 week and more than 200 tries but nothing, so i decided to wait for his island). Mihawk is not that far either. My question is. is it worth to level kuro NOW (considering lvl 70 will take some time) or should i save turtles to level other character? And which team should i use when i get Mihawk and Arlong? And which team should i use NOW?

When you get arlong and mihawk your team should be mihawk captain, along shanks kuro usopp. You can switch usopp with mr3 if you in farming mode (don't need usopp special).
You should level kuro now because his event will drop himself and blue turtles. Kuro special doesn't change when evolve so you keep all the special levels you get when you power him up with him self(10 percent chance). Blue turtles will give you the full bonus on kuro because he is a blue unit.
If I was you, personally. I would keep farming till I get arlong. Then farm elite kuro for usopp skill books.
Your team right now I would go shanks(captain) zoro usopp buggy Mr 3.

What should I use and Level?

You got multiple good teams. With the mihawk event right around the corner I would develope alvida arlong. So your strength team will look like gear 2 luffy (captain), along alvida mr5 usopp. You will wreck mihawk with a friend gear 3 luffy.

Right now to farm elite kuro I would level up to asura zoro with friend asura zoro you will have no problem farming elite. So dex team would be zor(captain), zeff smoker usopp ms goldenweek/jango.

If you just want one character to focus on arlong would be best bet.

U have many options so go with the you will have most fun with.

@Alecfisher thx for the respond. Its still a big problem for me to level up zeff, smoker and the others. I dont have much opportunity to level them easy. I saved up the Int turtles but its lacking on exp if I use them on others..

Back to topic. I can't decide what I should level right now.

If I'm aiming for Arlong next week, I'm screwed. I don't have a good Qck team.

Terrorentchen you should build your very nice Int team up ...

For Arlong you can do a qck team with Sanjo as lead (and farm johny in baratie 1 for food burst combo) or you do a fighter team with zeff as lead including ruffy sanji miss valentinesday and usopp for delay.

Hope that helps. Anyways you need the turtle event to get your characters up. I mean ... you could also focus on your int team and try to burst arlong down since you have good int units that are a bit higher then your fighters atm ...

I'm beating elite Kuro with my int team without any problems. I'm just farming the rounds for usopp's special and then owning him 2-3 rounds.

Will Arlong have the same difficult ? If it's so, i will defiantly push my int team.

I don't know wether he will has the same difficulty, but i saw this video of Recklesshd (a optc youtuber) doing the expert stage. He uses units similar to zeff as captains and fighter untis to do the 30 stamina version of arlongs dictatorship (expert) so i think you could do the eliute version (15 stamina) with botch your int team and a slitly upgraded fighter team with ease

I just watched the Video. He has some high levels, I think there will be a big difference between him and me xD
There will be only one way to know.. I will just try it and lose 30 Stamina

No problem. My point was: If the difficulties are similar like the video, then expert will be similar to Kuro expert and elite will be as easy as Kuro Elite.
