Mihawk Skill leveling! Empty Mihawk Skill leveling!

Hey guys,

if I lvl the Skill of Mihawk for expample for 4 and then i evolve him. Is the skill lvl gone?

Or doesn't effect the Evolve fot the skill lvl?

4&5 since it has exactly same skill name, you can just evolve him.
It does not effect the skill level.

Yea same around 20 not 1 skill upgrade. Yet I have a friend max mihawk and max special... Jesus..
