Evolving Usopp to Sogeking Empty Evolving Usopp to Sogeking

I know that Second tier Usopp is an essential for your team since his power is to delay the enemy by 4 turns.

But is it worth it to evolve him to Sogeking which has an attack that does damage AND also delays the enemy? Or is the cooldown too much to evolve it?

My Usopp is Max level already. Just trying to see if I should risk leveling up his skill with himself or evolve him and then use my other usopps.

Keep it as Golden pound.

The special CD is longer and the stat increase is not to mind blowing

10 turn CD > 15 turn CD
