Rainbow Penguins

Just curious, has anyone ever gotten a rainbow penguin (The one you need to evolve Nico Robin) or know what their drop % are from the event islands? I've done it like over 15 times but nothing :/

I had to get a rainbow penguin for smoker evolution. 10 trys. But to get the green captain penguin 18 trys.

It's very random. I was lucky enough to get one in my 2nd week of Penguin Bonus Island. It's hard enough just getting a regular color pirate penguin.
