I think it should be entitled as "Sticky Thread", and for the titles it should be sounded like "Guide Manual For OPTC Starter"

Here's my Question,,

*about re rolling
The condition are:
> just trying to do re rolling, but it seems failed

hmm, okay it seems like you  took a new optc account, which was rerolled with root, well with those accounts, there are some mails that shouldnt be clicked at, they aren't working anymore, i can't help you more man since i'm not a reroller.

Lol Sorry i took long but, you can device transfer by going to change device>issue>(if you have a hotmail send it there) and you got an acc to transfer.(1 week remain for the acc)

When that finishes. Oh crap im not that good at rerolling, just watch RecklessHD youtube video and just follow his steps. (IM A NEW MOD BY THE WAY)
