April fools birthday party for Usopp

Can't wait for April fools. I got something special for Usopp. Going to be his birthday whether it is or not. 2 weeks of hard work.

Wow, did you spend Devil Fruits? I got 15 books ready, wasted three earlier. Thats what I got from two weeks of UsoppKuro only.

Actually, his birthday is indeed on April 1st.

We have a couple of chance left (without fruits) to get those priceless manuals.. I hope it'll be worth the effort of playin' 14 days of kuro elite except a few fast runs on turtle island.. Entire days without a single manual were hard to whitstand, they were very scarce xD let's see if we can max that cooldown

maximum skill level is 10 for all characters

i feel for u guya tooks me 15 manu to lvl usopp it was a risk i took before the event so i can farm 30 stam

@ complekz you really are lucky. I myself been cursed my whole life with luck. I already used 8 books and only lvl him up once. Banked 35 skill books for the double chance event. Most likely have left over that I will just feed to Shanks, but I don't want to miss my chance to max him out. Side note on how bad my luck is. It took me 56 rare pull on strew hat v2 double chance event to get my gear 3 Luffy (I even got him at base from...)

@ToTorO max skill level IS NOT 10 for every character. Every character has his own max skill level.

Cooldown 10 turns when skill maxed.

I maxed it with 19 skillbooks! I used up 15 and only got 2 skill levels. Used the last four hoping to get at least one but I ended up getting them all. God I wish I recorded that, literally jumped off my seat.

30 Skillbooks and 3 lvl ups. You need to be kidding me?
I think, im gonna quit. This is ridiculous.

This game is crazy with trend of it is a fail it will keep failing. I have lost many cola to the stupid merry boat before. I was at 7th stage for a bunch of cola saved up. Used them all on 3 try back to back all fail. Just today I got enough for two try. The first one way through and I try again. It pass as well now I am at 9th.

Anyway the hard lesson learn. Restart your game if you fail! I just did my usopp upgrade I restarted 4 times. This is what I did. 2 skill books upgrade. If nothing happen I restart. That went on 4 times 8 books wasted. On 5 the I got a hit then I kept on with the 2 per upgrade over I knew the game ain't messed up. Got to max. Given it took me total of 25 books for 4lvl tonight on the double event. I have already burn 8 for 1 lvl before.
In all it took me 33 books to lvl him up 5 times.

wtf... i failed to get merry to lvl 9 about 7 times now

I am close to rage quitting... just spent 16 books and got 0 skill up

Feel kinda bad for you guys. Had 15 books and leveled the skill up 4 times. So much luck. If it makes you feel not too unlucky: I'm trying to get my merry go to the first lvl it boosts ATK - failed 6 times yet...

20 books, no skill up.

Kuro got fed 15 clones and skilled up 3 times.

sigh.

24 books saved but I maxed with only 11 books while feeding 1 at a time.

25 books used, maxed, rest on Vivi to lvl her up.

20 books, only 3 lvls up

I had 2 levels before the event with 7 skill books, I got the other 4 with 10 skill books and I still have some to spare.
