Can't pull off a Tandem Combo..

I have my Ashura Ichibugin Roronoa Zoro,Gear 2 Monkey D. Luffy, and Diable Jambe Flambe Sanji.
I have all 3 of them in a crew and it says I should be able to pull off a Three-Sword Style Gum-Gum Diable Jambe Mouton Jet 600 Pound Cannon, but every time the 'TND' sign shows up, there aren't any numbers that indicate that I can do the Tandem combo..

My question: ...Why?

I think u click the three characters in any order to use it

Apparently numbers are supposed to show up and if you press them in that order, you activate the tandem combo, but they won't show up for me...

If anyone was having this problem I think I found the solution.
I was finally able to activate the tandem combos by having Zoro be my Captain, and in the Tandem listing, Zoro is 1st.
So whoever is listed as "1st", place them as your captain and you should be able to activate the Tandem combos whenever anyone in the Tandem listing has the 'TND' orb.

Does the tnd show up on one of them. If only one of the other party members not in the tandem has it , it work activate
