Rainbow Dragon

Is it just me or is the rainbow Dragon a super beast. 9000 damage on it's first hit seems steep.

My first try was with Asura Zoro and I had 26000 hp. The first hit was for 18000 hp

He has a 6 turn cool down but also a ton of hp. He beat me.

Yeah it's a tough one. I guess I'll just have to Laboon/vivi him.

White beard special took 600000 damage. The dragon has 2 million hp

Yeah there is a guide about him that was added to the blog event archives. Managed to take him down just barely in first 6 turns (using gp usopp). He is so tough because the only reason people would be farming him would be you get one of the captains from sugofest (or upcoming ones) as only sugofest and then strong world shanks and crocodile even need a rainbow dragon to evolve.

The laboon/vivi team will take 50 mins to finish

Why are you doing the rainbow dragon if you don't have whitebeard? It occurs every week so there is no rush and spending 50 minutes on that sounds miserable.

Farm up twin capes (first and last level give better exp/stamina than any of the event island stuff), I have been power farming the 1st level of twin capes since there is a red turtle spawn every time which is nice in prep for the mihawk event.

I'm already ready for the Mihawk event plus have 40 teen turtles and 23 elders just waiting, I even have 2 of every evo material besides the rainbow Dragon. Your advice would be good if it was relevant.

Just being mirage nami to let him attack once for 0 damage. His next attack is 6 turns later, combine that with usopp hammer and 9 turns + his initial 2-3 turns you have 11-12 turns total. Just get a decent psy finisher.

Rainbow dragon is a good filler for INT teams too.
