Next 24h special

Hey 
I wanted to ask which 24h special will be the next.
I was always thinking its Chopper, but now i had read that the next is Garp.

And is there already a supposition when that event will be?

the order of the next raid bosses is first monster chopper and after him garp(then Zephyr). But I can't tell you when monster chopper will arrive in global.

Here somebody wrote in the comments, that first Garp comes. Also is the date from the Garp Guide before the one from Chopper. Thats why I was confused.
But the dates also can be from the second time...
I just look too many things... I better just wait for the announcement.
