Stamina loss

Hey guys
Sometimes it happens that my game freezes when it's in the second loading screen after u choose a friend/guest captain. If that happens I loose the Stamina I spent for the level. I ignored it at first but meanwhile i lost around 100 stamina =(
Is there anything I can do?
