Tech Support issue

I am fairly knew to this game i love the series/franchise i own all the Ps1-ps2-ps3 games so far including japanese exclusives. My Question is For some reason when i play the game I cant seem to the store to actually load up. I know its silly you'd think its a blessing the "Microtransaction" page isnt working. I really want to purchase some fruits though any advice on how to get it to actually load? i have had it say Connecting for hours and it still wont load. I dont think its any internet issues because its the only thing that doesnt work on the game plus i use my internet Wifi at home when i play this. Everything else is flawless. Thanks again for anyone who can help.
