Bought gems post - support page not working?

Hi all

With the sugofest coming along i bought a pack of Gems.
The money got deducted from the appstore, i can see the amount removed, unfortunately they haven't reached me ingame at all.

I then went ingame via support button to the webpage of bandainamco (bnfaq.channel.or.jp /contact/input_c/1530) unfortunately i have to select a "type of inquiry" (mandatory field), but behind that field there's nothing to select

I'm a bit clueless what to do, i did follow the suggestions on the faq, so intended to send them my user is, transaction id etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
