whos the better captain shanks 5* or marco?

Completely dependent on what you are going into. If you aren't doing a raid/event isle where there is some form of preemptive damager I would say double marco is better. For events where you might take damage before being allowed to attack I would say double shanks. I mean if you maintain full health with double marco you are dealing 44% more damage which is a pretty dang large amount. If you can run a full psy team I would run marco for the foreseeable future.
