Can my Vivi + Laboon Team beat Mihawk 40?

Can this team of mine beat Mihawk 40 when he comes out? If I need any tweaking, please feel free to say so! (This is my first time trying to build this time, so I probably do need help XD)

Friend Captain: Princess Vivi (Lvl. 73)
Captain (Slot 1): Laboon (Lvl. 12)
Slot 2: Enraged Arlong (Lvl. 31)
Slot 3: Arm-Point Chopper (Lvl. 12)
Slot 4: Mr. 5 (Breath Breeze Bomb) (Lvl. 21)
Slot 5: Green Pirate Penguin (Max)

Pay attention to your crew's life.

Vivi's healing can be counted by this: 5xRCV=total healing vivi does
Your team's HP cannot exceed Vivi healing
Team's HP consists of:
YOUR CREW LIFE + FRIEND CPT LIFE + YOUR SHIP.

Example:If your vivi's healing is on 2000 HP your crew's life must be 3999 HP MAX!
Laboon's CPT skill takes effect if your crew's life is on 51%!

That being said pay attention to Vivis healing and to your crews life!

No room for mistakes there!If your HP and Vivi healing are well set then you wont have a prob with the set up you mentioned(except the green penguin and arm point chopper you can use a red crab and a purple crab,or something like that)

There are a lot of guides on how to build your VIVI+LABOON crew for Mihawk so search a bit!

Ok, thanks! But, should I switch Arm Point and the Pirate Penguin for big crabs and/or dragons?

What're those units' hp totals? If I remember correctly that vivi has a 2k a turn heal so you have a little bit under 4000 health to work with, please also include your guest vivi's health as well since that is important.

Give me those numbers and I can give you better info on what your optimal setup is.

Ship: Merry Go (Lvl. 5) (HP: 190) (Sadly, the level isn't high enough for the 1.2x attack boost :/)
Friend: Princess Vivi (Lvl. 75) (HP: 802)
Captain: Laboon (Lvl. 12) (HP: 751)
Slot 2: Red Armored Crab (HP: 50)
Slot 3: Knuckle Punk (Black Cat Pirates) (Lvl. Max) (HP: 267)
Slot 4: Mr. 5 (Breeze Breath Bomb) (Lvl. 21) (HP: 813)
Slot 5: Enraged Arlong (Lvl. 31) (HP: 1181)

Dayum, well aren't you one min/maxing mofo. Looks like ya did the math properly. Since you don't have the 1.2x boost from merry maybe just run navy ship for the lulz +10 attack for mr. 5?

Yay! My Merry finally was upgraded to Lvl. 6! I can now have the 1.2x attack boost!

I have bibi 4 * (HP 335 i RCV 243) healing 3xRCV
laboon freind is a level 5 or 10
prove it in a battle and I considered it to cure + 50% HP
even so they killed me, why?

you advise me? that I can put other fighters to reach mihawk without me killed before the fighting mihawk?
