Luffy gear 3 team and more

I recently received a luffy gum gum balloon and was wondering what team should i form around him when i'll evolve him to gear 3.
I have Arlong, kuro, smoker, vista, izo, zoro, usopp, sanji, nami and chopper.

While i'm at it, my slasher team is Arlong lead with vista, kuro, zoro and golden pound usopp. Should i switch usopp for an other slasher for more offense? and if yes with who? I know his special ability is awesome but i'd only use it vs bosses so for all the other fights more offense would help kill faster aka receive less dmg. Would like a farmable unit.

Also trying to make a dex team with zoro, izo and smoker, any ideas on who else should i try and get that doesn't involve rare recruit atm.

Any comments on either forms is accepted.

You can change Usopp Golden Pound with Mr. 3 in your Slasher Crew.

Anyway if you dont have Mihawk, i reccommend you to Evolve your Balloon Lyffy to G3 and make a Crew with other Fighters, here the List:

Actually I wanted to know if I could make a good G3 team with what I already have or if not which units to farm.
I'll try to farm Mr 3 for my slasher team to replace Golden pound then.
I just want to have slasher, dex and G3 teams for fun
Still not sure which good dex character is farmable.

I would go for a gear 3 crew with:
gear 3
Arlong
Kuro
Vista
Zoro
and last your choice (maybe golden pound if needed)

Ah ok that's what I thought just wasn't sure about kuro since he's only 4* while izo or sanji can be 5*

You can choose if you want to play Kuro or Sanji. They have both about the same atk at max level, only sanji has about 200 more hp (go with sanji). But I would recommend to not use Izo, because you already have a dex character: Zoro, who has about 300 more atk at max level. The only reason for playing both would be hina's fortnight.
To sum up Kuro or Sanji (depending on who ahs a higher level in your box), but no Izo (only for hina) to keep your variety of colors
