Team Building Question (Newbie)

i'm new at the world of one piece treasure cruise and have a question considering the team building. Furthermore I want to ask which friends i should add, to have the best possible damage/HP.

3 STAR:

Ace or Jozu (if available) (Friend)
Mr. Prince Sanji
Kuro
Usopp
Blue Crab



Which units I should "pull", which friends I have to look and what is your impression about my "squad".

You mentioned the best possible Crew you can make, but I suggest you to evolve your Zoro to Zoro Ashura Ichibugin 5* and use him as Captain becasue his Captain Ability double ATK and HP for all DEX units.
