Team optimisation

Hi everybody, i started this game two week ago and i think it's time to optimise my team, the thing is i don't know Which character i put in my team or even which one i evolve first. With my actual team i succeded at passing laboon.

hi your team what you have now is not good because of different types
of unit you use zoro boost only dex type units.

you can build different crews 
force g2 luffy captain alvida chopper arlong  usopp 
dex zolo captain  smoker perona usopp any other dex unit
int vista captain nami don krieg helmeppo  usopp any other int unit
slasher arlong captain vista zoro usopp any other slasher

level up arlong he is strong captain cause you can use different colored units
as long they are slashers and they have good stats so its easy to build a decent
team.
