Zoro 5*
Buggy 4*
Kuro 3* (will evolve once I hit 70)
Ishigi 4*

I just pulled Mr 3 and was wondering who I should get rid off

Buggy for sure. Mr 3 is a slight improvement, notable because is special is far stronger.
