A few basic questions about battles

I hope that I am posting this in the right place; new here. Apologies if I get it wrong.

I have two questions about battling:

1) What is the best way to decide the order in which you attack?

    So, let's say I have 6 fighters: One is of a type super effective to foe, one is not very effective, and the others are all neutral. Given that attack power heightens with successful combos, is it better to start with the least effective attacks and finish with super effective? Or have I got it wrong?  I'm still a little confused, even knowing about type match ups.

2) If you knock out an enemy using a special, will it definitely NOT drop a wanted poster? Do you have to finish with an attack instead? Or will they still drop, regardless of how you knock them out? I tried knocking out a bunch of weaker enemies using a Zoro's evolution special that attacked everyone at once and nothing dropped, several times and no drops. But I wasn't sure if this was just luck and they still have the potential to drop.

as for the second question it doesnt matter what hits them the drop rate
is the same
