Yeah..they messed up the post. Its 1 hour earlier due to daylights saving. If you were at 15:00 you needed to show up at 14:00.

I missed mine as well.

The post did specify that the list was in PST and they provided a link to convert it.

So for digit 5, it says 5pst and 15pst, which is... 13GMT and 23GMT...

http://www.timeandzone.com/ can be used to calculate based on where you are located.

My guess as to why they did not use DST is because much of the world doesn't use it.

Anyway, I'm in a country with DST, so when I saw the list, I just adjusted an hour to DST.
