Turtle island help!!! Empty Turtle island help!!!

I m having this problem where by I can see the island but I can't play the turtle island.
An error will pop out saying "currently not open"
"Support Tracking error 400(60)"

And my timing I check from https://optctimer.com/#!/turtle was not the same timing that I saw the turtles
