3 star Arlong Worth lvl up?

Rerolling, and get two sets in mind so far: 3 star Arlong w/ 3 star Mr.5, 3 star Arlong w/ 3 star Don Krieg.

Wondering whether lvling up Arlong and evolve to 4 star worth any effort.

i dont think so. if u reroll u can get a 4*

As complekz said, you can't get the 4* Arlong as a drop. If you are using your time on rerolling, then the units you should be looking for are Ace, Shanks, V2 Strawhats, 4* or higher Vivi, or Robin because the rest of the units can be farmed for. Unless you REALLY want like a 4* Arlong and don't want to level up the 3* and then evolving it, then by all means, stick with it. Those are the units I'd be looking for if I were rerolling because they can't be farmed, except for vivi (but you can only farm for her 3* form).

imo just farm and evolve less time then reroll and doesnt waste ur pirate lvl

Arlong event coming anyway, you can bet red turtles will be droppable and arlong himself which If you use em you get same character bonus xp on top. To get back to your answer, yes lvl arlong to 4* he is third highest damage in the game (even in jap vers)
