Farming Usopp Empty Farming Usopp

I was stupid and evolved my Usopp to Tabasco Star instead of Golden Pound. Now I have been trying to farm Usopp for days. Does he really drop in the first stage of Syrup Village? It is making me crazy Evil or Very Mad

Yes, but the Chance is really Low.
The best is, you wait for 2*% Drop Chance.
I"ve Usopp evolved to Tabasco too, but i have Farmed him in Chapter 1.
Over 100 Tries, but he Drops Smile
