40 Stamina Mihawk Preparation. Is your team ready? What team are you going to use?

Don't have it fully planned out yet since i'm still leveling my vivi. Hoping to have at least lvl 75 5* Vivi when mihawk rolls around. Vivi and Laboon leaders obviously with probably Enraged Arlong and Mr.5 backups. Plus a couple crabs.

Thinking I will be going with:
Edward Newgate - lvl 46
Asura Zoro - lvl 70
Enraged Arlong - lvl 94
GP usopp - max
G2 luffy - lvl 29 (will probably focus on leveling him up after newgate to 50 or something)

Friggin hope this comp will be strong enough, fairly certain it is.

i have 5* Blamenco lvl 20, G2 luffy lvl 31, arlong lvl 37, alvida lvl 30 and Golden hammer usopp. If i have a G3 luffy friend will that be enough?

Most likely no. You need to have them at least at lvl 40 to 50. Use the remaining turtle times for lvling up your chars and consider to fruit one time maybe

Yes I think a lot fruit for the turtle. Its only 1 time a week, should be worth to fruit once or twice. You can get a like 2 characters easily to 50-60 depending on the amount of elders / teenage you get.

if you can fruit to get one more set of runs it is wort, if you fruit to get one single more run it is totally unwort

Man, I wasn't aware of turning off SFX until yesterday. Hitting perfect just became 100x easier now with any characters. I'm SET!

Yeah, great eh? But for making vids it is shitty that you can*t run SFX while making the vid, because if you do so ... you seem like the idiot that can't tap correct

euh what sfx? sound? what does that have to do with making perfects easier?

it makes the game lagg a little one some devices (even on my s4) so it is highly recommended to just turn it off.

It made the game lag on my droid turbo. Which is a beast of a phone.
Turning off music & sfx makes it smooth as butter. Arlong, Kreig and G3 Luffy are easy to perfect now.

I will use a Zombie Team with a Friend Vivi lvl 72+ (2005 HP turn)

Then you can put better units in since your total HP can be:

2005/51x100 = 3930 HP

What do you guys think is the minimum PLVL to even attempt 40 stamina challenges? 70+?

I think if you have a Vivi or a laboon and crabs you can pass Mihawk 40 with a zombie team

Here's the team I'm going with:
G3 Luffy       lvl 37 (hoping to get him at least lvl 45+)
4* Arlong     lvl 44 (hoping to get him at least lvl 50)
GP Ussop     lvl 50
Alvidia         lvl 30
Mr.5/Smoker lvl 30 (both)

I was going with smoker as he is easier to hit a perfect with but after seeing that the stage before Mihawk is filled with mobs that can lock your units I decided to keep the diversity of my units to a minimum.
Will this work for 40 stamina or should I aim to level up my units further?(I wouldn't mind fruiting once against Mihawk) And was using smoker a valid choice or not?

You have Mr. 3? Mr. 3 delay and then one turn damage rduction alvida gives you two turns extra also ... smoker is better then mr. 5 in this dungeon

Actually I do have a lvl 45 Mr.3, didn't even think of that for some reason.
Tried it out on the training forest and managed to hit mr.3 perfects quite reliably so my new team is probably going to be:
G3 luffy
4* arlong
Alvidia
Usopp
Mr.3

Now I am just worried about the 4/5 stage with all the high def mobs which lock their opposite color units, got any info/advice on those?

Well, you first must take out the seahorse (assuming this is for 40 with that lineup). I think they are an attack once a turn deal with first one being their special so essentially if you take out all but the QCK and STR unit you will be golden since those two won't lock up anyone on your team. From what I have seen with luffy teams against "turtle-like defense" your final 3 hits should be able to one shot each of them with a perfect, just gotta hope (or find out the health of the seahorse) that you can deal enough combo damage to take down the seahorse or whichever unit is weakest with first 3 hits.

What is your blamenco's damage? Another possibility is to just swap mr. 3 with blamenco so you get max benefit of his special. All comes down to how much damage you can deal, gotta do the math and see if the orbs for one turn will be more than the difference in damage you will gain from arlong for those 4-5 turns (as well as him making the earlier levels easier) also keep in mind arlong's special is guaranteed damage and blamenco will need you to have the other orbs for a swap.

Could be wrong but I would keep arlong over blamenco for the event.
