Can't Buy Rainbow Gems :(

Hey

I just got up to Arlong Park ( Only started playing yesterday ><) And i've really been enjoying the game so i went to buy some gems and do some crew rolls but when i open the shop there is nothing there just a blank page =/.

I set a password and re installed to see if that was the problem but even on a fresh game i can't see anything.

Anyone know of a fix or at least why this is going on?

Should add i'm playing on Android Version 4.4.4

On 4.4.4 myself hasn't run into problem yet

Ive managed to fix mine. All i did was change languages on my phone to english (united states) and it should work

I tried changing my phone language, uninstalling/reinstalling and changing to another device and my store page to buy rainbow gems is still blank

Looks like someone out there wants us to save money instead of buying a Rainbow Gems

yea i changed it to english (united states) in setting -> language and input

Changing the language to us english doesn't do anything for me. I restarted the game twice and I've still got the same problem.

you have to change the language of yout device acourding to your google play/ itunes acount. it worked for me

It has to do about location, and laguage of your device.

I have this problem too. I live in Europe,Norway, but my Google Play is in english. So what do i have to do to be able to buy gems? And btw, i can't seem to find where i can change the launguage on Others. I use a Samsung galaxy S3.

If you cant fix this problem try to pay with PayPal (100% worked).

Hi everyone, i found the solution, i first tried everything on the forums but nothing worked, i had english as my default lang. but since i live in sweden and pay in SEK, once i changed language to swedish it started working. Just change to the country's lang, for ex. France to french, UK to eng UK, Norway to Norwegian, etc.
